The customer service is first rate, which is something truly rare nowadays. After a very disappointing 9 month wait for an upper receiver from Rock River Arms, and shoddy treatment- took forever to answer emails, and actually CANCELLED my order after they said they called me and could not get a hold of me (I have caller ID and they also have my email addy!). J. Allen Enterprises is a breath of fresh air in the great product they offer (a USED JAE-100 Gen 1 stock just sold for $875. + $25. Shipping on eBay this past week!) to their treatment of folks like me as valued customers. I recommend this company and stock to anyone who wants an extremely durable and trouble-free rifle stock that will offer excellent accuracy and not be affected by weather conditions.
