i liked most of the review with the exception to left handed shooters. we lefties have to adjust to almost everything in the shooting world. now that a right handed person has to adapt to a rifle, it's almost like a cardinal sin. it is no doubt that sig will give in and make adjustments to the rifle. but for now, let left handed shooters catch a break.

james if you find out where to get the hogue style grip fpr the sig 556 , please pass it along. i would greatly appreciate it since i too am unhappy with the stock grip... thanks mike

1. Lefty population percentage is greater now given the change of the social consequences of being a lefty. Lefties are still the most discriminated against minority, yet a lefty operator does have a niche for a unit. Caesar, Napoleon, Alexander the Great, Truman, Reagan, Ford ...lefties for thought.

2. Handedness and eye dominance aren't always the same. Go ask a DS/DI.

It seems that to you left handed shooters don't deserve having a high end weapon designed for them. Your comment that only 10% of shooters are left handed, so they should just deal with it is really telling of your opinion of anyone different than you. Instead of tell the lefties to get over it, why don't you tell the manufacturers to make ambi controls? Why are lefties always looked down on like a red headed step child? You need to get over your holier than thou attitude,lest you lose your right hand and have to become a,....... GASP....LEFTY...gulp. !!!
