I'm wiling to bet that these pilots want to be in a platform that's actually used in the fight. Fresh out of school, not qualified, or certified by the fleet, re-up bonuses are 90K.  Retention goals are currently set to keep 2/3 of first termers, and for the first time since the 80's they hit it for FY09.  Bonuses stay at 90 for second termers, and then they start to go down for third and way down for fourth term.  Junior sub nuke officers also get big retainers too, because they can't keep any of them in either.  Ludacris money for an unknown commodity, and they have to give it to anyone that is willing to accept it, because they can't afford to let anyone that is willing to stay with the company go........&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">oneroguecow</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 21 Aug 2009 00:03:10 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
